I have the KO version here in my hands. The Decepticon logo is light blue and the eyes are not painted. But I don't think that proves anything. They seem to be using a stock photo to advertise the auction. Unless you get a real in hand photo, I would assume its fake. Lots of KOs sold out of HK these days. Check if he sells other KOs. That might lead you to the answer.
