Toys R Us 25% off coupon code

So I'm not sure if you guys know, but Toys R Us has a coupon book that has 25% off Hasbro products (Transformers included) until August 31st. On the back of the coupon it also includes an online code Hasbro25PD that should apply the same discount on online orders as long as it meets the restrictions. Well I tried the code on multiple items, and it didn't work for anything.

So I called TRU customer service and went through this whole thing with someone and they tried saying that they couldn't honor the coupon.... Well this made me happy because I can yell at someone now. I pretty much told the woman that I have in my hand a coupon from the front of their stores that says I get 25% off and I'm not getting off the phone until someone fixes it on the site or honors it on my order.

Conclusion: She asked around and found out the coupons did exist and apologized for saying there was no such coupon, and gave me a reference # to call back with when I was ready to place my order over the phone and she would apply the 25% off on any order I make.

Sorry for those that already ordered stuff like Metroplex with no discount, or even those that used the 15% off... You should all get to your local TRU, get some of these coupon (they actually come in a big coupon book with a bunch of other offers), and then complain to TRU customer service about the online code not working so they get their asses in gear and fix it.

Yeah, my TRU has them in a box at customer service.

OK SO I took the coupon to my local store and said online they wont take it because htey cant see the coupon so I brought it into the store and they took 25% off for me from 129.99!!!! Yippee I got it for 112!!!

Because the moderators and many of other people were jerks to me when I truthfully shared my rant over TF Kingdom and they blocked me from making threads I am not sharing the several other coupons I have! Take a shot at my credibility moderators and others and I dont forgive or forget!

Only Soundblstr was nice to me! I sold MP-OP and MP-Thundercrackers at cheaper than retail because I got them on sale! And I was blocked from posting threads!

Which is absolutely dumb on TRU's part since the photo of the coupon in the original post clearly shows an online code "to redeem online". Why give an online code on the coupon if they're not going to honor it?

On line would not take coupon for pr-orders only. Phoned up to nicely complain and was told by rep and supervisor that this coupon will not apply to pre-orders, even though it does not say that.
The coupon is not reconized on pre-orders only.
PS, it's also a Hasbro coupon not TRU,s I was told
