Question Toys that we've wanted for a while, but have yet to pull the trigger on?

Pretty sure the title is self explanatory, but what sort of figures have we wanted for a little while now, but that just haven't been a priority or that have otherwise been put on the mental back burner? I guess this could also apply to stuff like Wheeljack & feiends or cancelled shit that's kept away by price & availability (qq Soundwave), but I was initially thinking about ones that we've largely just been lazy with.

For example, I've wanted a Cybertron Vector Prime for some time now, but since it hasn't been fluctuating in price or demand very much, and since its never been at the top of my list, it keeps getting passed up for other shit. Along with that, its one of those figures that I'm reluctant to pay shipping on without also buying something else from the same source because it's a somewhat inexpensive (yet larger) figure, so that's been another road block. Along with there's a bunch of Beast Wars figures that despite probably being from my favorite era, have fallen behind because I've already got the ones I've wanted since I was younger.

... so yeah, what've you guys been holding back on, why might that be, and will that change after posting in this thread?

I've been putting off picking an MP Grimlock ever since I was stupid enough to pass on him when he was still around. I saw him on clearance at TRU for $40 and I passed because I was absolutely broke at the time. Now every time I think about how much money I'm going to have to drop to finally get him, I think about how cheap he was before and get discouraged. You shall be mine one day, MP Grimlock.

Pretty much my entire want list stretching back from G1 all the way to Prime: RID.

Buying house and living life takes priority.

Avoid the Hasbro release and its gimpy bent wings. I've managed to straighten them with some heat, but they always warp back into their mangled mess. Had this on multiple releases of this figure through Hasbro. Trust me, you'll be more satisfied with TakaraTomy's release.

I definitely like the Takara's wings better (for looks as well as warping reasons), I think I like the Hasbro's overall colour scheme better, especially the added gold on the chest. Guess this is another thing that's held me back, as I'm not even 100% decided on which one I'm wanting. I know I don't want the Gold or Black ones though, so at least I'm half way there hah.

Also, priorities definitely get in the way at times, and not just as they relate to toys either. If I didn't have to get my computer fixed, I'd probably have spend the 200 bucks on toys.

A G1 Megatron and/or re-release of him. It's the only thing that my dad wants but I constantly keep forgetting to get/buy.

This here for one.. Although I probably won't have the cash for him when it comes up.

I have a shortlist of past generation figures that look good that I would like to have. But most aren't fluctuating in price all that much. And I figure they've been around for 10+ years or so now, they aren't going anywhere.

So I've been concentrating on current items while they are available, and most likely cheaper than they will settle at down the road.
