Yes, they have been sighted at several Walmarts, at least in the GTA. For Wmarts that have put them out, they've only been putting a single case or max two out at a time.

I found some DOTM leaders at the Walmart here in Victoria today, however Sentinel Prime still has his broken voice chip (I checked all of them). And nearby are a bunch of Leader Starscreams with the unbroken chips.

You can't tell if it's a crippled voice chip until you open it and hold down the mechtech button
