Toys R Us Canada Transformers Sale Dec. 17 - 24

A sale, nice. Shame they don't carry current stuff. Why is it stores that sell tampon, bras, milk, yogurt, lawn mowers and motor oil get the newest stuff first, whereas a store that specializes in one category, ie. TOYS! does not??

this sale is most likely to clear out their remaining stock before xmas and saving the newer stuff for their reset in January.

I just got the flyer and oddly enough it's 30% on all Transformers excluding Deluxe figures and clearance items. If anything is clogging the shelves it's those Ravages (last time I went there were Ravages, Recon Ravages, and Sea Attack Ravages living together in harmony) as well as Mudflaps, so if they were trying to clear out their old stock they should have included deluxes in the deal.

***EDIT*** Online sales are appplied to TF's now, however, over a dozen figures mysteriously disappeared since a couple hours ago when I last checked.

I just went to a TRU and deluxes were actually also on sale. Odd since the flyer says otherwise.

Excluding is right. I was at TRU Friday where the workers came to removed the sale price tabs from all the TF deluxe pegs. Turned out the tabs were (even printed) for Marvel toys.

It seems someone tried to get the discount so they wised up!

I was at my TRU today & there was a sign that said
"All Transformers products 30% off"
Then in small print it said
"excluding clearance items & UPC's ending in 6, 8 & 1"
Everything else was marked down.
There is an EPIC SHIT TON of Ravages (all versions), IH's (Ani & RTS),Ani Rodimus, Thrusts, Red Alerts, Drifts & Jetblades.

I can under stand holding new stock back til next year, but come on. Just put EVERYTHING on sale.
