Happy Transformers Day everyone!

I saw TF the movie in the cinema on Sept 1, 1986. Then by chance exactly 1 year later, I bought Ultra-Magnus.
Since then, for the greater part of 22 years, I've celebrated the date as my Transformers Day.

From buying TF toys, viewing TFtM, having parties, and last year I saw Robert Stack's star on the Hollywood walk of fame!

So everybody have a wonderful Transformers day and celebrate Transformers in any way you wish.

This year I did something different. At TFcon 2007 with Michael Bell, I wrote the comic and script as a pre-lude to the movie, just to add value to Prowl's death.

So today I read the comic, watched the script reading, then watched the movie. Wasn't a huge impact, but it kinda added to Prowl's death scene and the end when everyone says "Till All Are 1!"

After the movie I finally opened Tomy MP3 Soundwave and Universe classics Tankor.

Soundwave is pretty nice, but immediate concerns were raised about his balance standing; a similar problem existed for G1 Soundwave losing his upper leg support after reasonable wear.

Classics Tankor is a great design, but his plastic is terrible . It feels like bootleg plastic, and you're just expecting it to cut your fingers.
Still, a cool toy to open on Transformers day.
