I wouldn't mind voting Blackarachnia too. Not so much BM version, but her BW character was pretty complex. You don't see a lot of that in cartoons. BW was pretty amazing at giving most of the cast character depth.
So with that, I throw in BW Rampage and DepthCharge. Mostly cause I loved those two. Blackarachnia would certainly be a unique character to choose for a HOF.

Granted, a little upset you can't renominate Jazz though.

Magnus, Rodimus, Prowl, they all seem like folks that would be inducted into the Hall of Fame automatically at some point. I think the fan choice should go to characters who aren't constantly being reused, like Rattrap, Black Arachnia, Depth Charge or Demolishor.
