We followed up with Canada Post again this morning and unfortunately the packages are still being under investigation. They advised us that the maximum investigation length may go on until March 1st. We realize that March 1st is a long time to wait and is completely unacceptable since these packages were delivered to Canada Post almost a month ago already. So in-response to helping you resolve this issue sooner and faster, if we do not receive any positive feedback from them by the end of this week, we will ship out a new order for you at our own cost.

Your reference number to this ticket is #**********. Unfortunately Canada Post said that they will not be able to provide you with any information or updates though because you are not the original sender of the package.

Rest-assured, we are working diligently with Canada Post in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Just got an email from FPCore about the second opportunity to order. Looks like they'll be selling the first 2 limbs again as a set for those that missed it and they're also offering a bundle of all 5 figures as a set. Email says it'll go up on the site at 2pm CST on Sunday, March 2:

"The second pre-order of Glacialord will be open Sunday March 2nd, 2014 at 2:00 PM CST. There will be two sets available for pre-order: The first two limb releases Fangro and Tailclub will be sold as a set of two, and Glacialord as a complete set of five (Fangro, Tailclub, Tusker, Razorspike and Megazero). We will not be selling individual pieces on this pre-order.

Pricing will be as follows:
• Glacialord Fangro & Tailclub Set of 2 - $79.99 USD
• Glacialord Complete Set of 5 - $219.99 USD"

why don't they finish shipping the previous orders first?
