Still waiting on mine as well. At the very least, I've finally gotten a response from them saying that "this matter is being looked into". From the way they worded it, it's been implied that they actually have sent these AWOL packages out, and they're trying to figure out what happened to them. That was sent to me last Wednesday, though, and I haven't heard anything else from them yet, since.

I sent one without a response but will try again. Did your tracking number ever work?

I got my items even before the tracking number was provided.

Not for me, no. In my case, it was one digit too long, so I had to keep removing one different number at a time till I got something that worked. In hindsight, I never should've mentioned it, because their first reply (which took forever to get in the first place) was just about the tracking number, and not about the package itself.

Also, got another kinda-update from FPCore. Not much progress; it basically boiled down to, "We asked our shipping department what happened, and they think that some packages got misplaced somehow during the big pickup from Canada Post. So they asked Canada Post, and now we're all waiting on THEIR response."

Yep I got the same answer today. At least they reassured me if my package was lost in the Canada Post abyss then they will re-send me the figures just gotta wait for results of their shipping follow-up
