Re: TFcon 2010 Night-bird first images revealed

Just opened mine; really poor level of craftmanship. Definitely not worth the $120 cdn (price includes free admission) I paid this morning. Very fragile and the bloody figure can't stand straight since it's too top-heavy, lol...

TFCon should have reconciled with Fansproject for last year's fiasco and maybe we would have had a really cool repaint of FP Springer as Devcon or someone else...

Impossible toys should stick with large custom PVCs (i.e. Quints) and not transformable customs imo.

Whatever happened between Fansproject and TFCon, FP will never do anything with them again after the angry mob that was formed. As far as I know, they are done doing exclusives for conventions.

Its better in person, imo. The pics don't really do it justice.

The box is cute.

Re: TFcon 2010 Night-bird first images revealed

After seeing it in-hand today, I thought is was a pretty cool figure all around. Actually I was surprised. The quality isn't perfect, but it is better than Arcee. I didn't get one though only because I thought $120 was an insane amount of money for what it was - and I had other things I wanted to get for that money. I would buy it if I could get it cheaper somehow...

I am sure they know how many they ordered, yes.
As a store I'm sure they keep track of these things.
