Certificate of Authenticity for Cullen autograph

I know these were part of the Cullen VIP package we paid for, but I completely forgot to inquire about it on Saturday. I read in another thread that there were problems with the printing of these COAs just before the con, so we are supposed to contact TFcon staff to get them after-the-fact.

Is this correct?
