If you are hesitant ordering from TF Source, don't be!
They are great!
A couple weeks ago I ordered the Grimlock crown set and the Auto-Scout cassette from them. When they arrived I found that the Auto-Scout was missing one of it's rear wheels. So I dropped them an email with a pic attached detailing the problem.
I got a replay appologising for the error and that they'd send me a new one.
It arrived today, and I couldn't be happier.
Great customer service makes all the difference.
Anybody else have good experiences with them or any other store?

I've ordered once from them. BT Shockwave a while back. It's hard to compair online transactions, for me I either have good ones or bad ones, and this one was good.

As long as I don't have to buy the FansProject Cliffjumper Add-on off of them, I'm cool with TFSource.

Haven't ordered anything yet but probably will in the near future.
Good know they have good customer service...it truely does go a long way now.

they are pretty good, very reasonable shipping costs to canada, never had to pay custom fees (asked them to declare as gift), as long as you use paypal to pay shouldnt be a problem

I bought a wst dinobot from them and noticed in the box for slag he was missing his weapon. I emailed tfsource and they sent me his weapon a week later. Great service!

I have nothing but good things to say about TF Source. I've order a number of items from them and their shipping packaging is by far THE best I've ever experienced. The only reason I dont order from them more often is that they dont always carry what I'm looking for.

I've had nothing but good experiences with online retailers. TFSource, Robot Kingdom, Big Bad Toy Store, Automaton, Kool Toyz, Golden Age Toys, Digital Toys... I've ordered from all of them and have no significant complaints.

Placed an order with them for the first time last month, 2 days later the whole credit card breach thing took place  ...luckily my CC's ok, no unauthorized transactions. I bought:
-Henkei Ironhide
-Superion "snowman" upgrade
-City Commander upgrade
-G3 Trailer (it was quite the FP lovefest!)
Shipping was a tad high, but I escaped getting dinged by customs. TWO BIG THUMBS UP for the way it packed, an amazing job!

janitor: depends how you define "high"
obviously coming from the states it'll be higher then from in country.
I've ordered stuff before and EVERY time it arrived in a week, no duty and in Minty fresh shape.
