I ordered mine Feb 1, supposed to arrive today but I got no email that it arrived. Called walmart customer service. He wouldn't even look into it. Said I have to wait until end of day to see if I get the email then call back. AARRRGGGHHH. My brainstorm is in similar limbo. Yet hardhead arrived on Saturday even though I ordered only a week ago......suspect!

Well for one, it's a different mold, only using the cliffjumper toy as a base for transformation scheme.
The tolerances and tightness of parts are different, especially on the peg attaching the back to the rest of the car.

I search for RED Arcee every damn day and never comes up. Now it does and cant get one. You cant find online, cant find in stores...blah!!

I wouldn't waste time with the app or website. I've seen RED Cheetor and Arcee multiple times in store. Kingdom Megatron and NF Bumblebee are another story...
