It has not, though I am assuming a new head. Honestly though, I don't need another one. With this being the 3rd Scourge mold we get with plenty of earlier redecos for the others, I have quite a few sweeps for SS86 Scourge to command.

I'm on the fence. I don't have any other Scourges to repurpose as Sweeps (I only got back into the hobby with PotP and didn't go very far into the back catalog of figures from prior lines) so I might be tempted if the differences are interesting. Though it would only be to get 1 of them because I don't think I could justify buying multiples of the same voyager class figure at $40+ just to build an army.

Those will be 45$, prices going up in August. So even less reason to get. Maybe you could get your hands on some of the previous releases, they might be cheaper. What's fun about the Titans Return one is you can give him a bunch of different heads to differentiate the sweeps.
