Costco Exclusives

I passed up the $70 TRU Prime because I knew this one was coming.

The local Costco has toys on the floor, but no TFs yet.

Luckily, my aunt has a Costco membership.

I honestly never knew you needed a membership to shop there until a few days ago though.

The Costco 'secret' is if you have one of their gift cards and no membership, you are allowed to go in and use them (but you cannot buy new GCs with them you need a membership for that).

Thats what we are trying to find out. None of the Costcos I know of even have the Unicron item in the inventory system. I know sometimes the vendors are the ones that add items to the system and they don't always name them correctly, but it's not looking good. The other issue is that with them selling out so quicky online, maybe hasbro wans't able to provide costco with the numbers they would need. I know costco will back out of a deal if you can't provide enough items for the enitre chain, or a good enough price.

Apple wouldn't give them a good enough deal on ipods earlier this year and Costco stopped selling them. About a month ago Apple decided to try and renegotiate a deal.

You can still shop with the gift card, but you don't get the special discount for members only. I am referring to the weekly or monthly special sale items.
