War For Cybertron: Siege Starscream and Soundwave ? In-hand Images

Thanks to Yu’s Hobby Land on Facebook, we have our first in-hand look at the upcoming voyagers Soundwave and Starscream from the War For Cybertron: Siege line! The small gallery is nothing fancy, but does provide us with front and back pics and shots with weapons so we can see what kibble, if any, these two are rockin. Starscream and Soundwave are set to hit retailers online and in store in the next couple months, so keep your eyes peeled to see if the new Decepticons are hitting your stores and be sure to report your sightings on the boards!

Ugh. Of all the battle damage Soundwave has to look the worst for it. And it's a damn shame cos that is a sexy robot mode.

Definitely agree, they overdid it with the battle damage on him. Starscream too...

I don't understand the attempt of Hasbro doing all these battle damage, it just make the figure looks worse. Many people can probably do better battle damage than what they have done there. They are wasting their paint.

Every Transformers sub-line needs a line-wide gimmick, and they're always to the figures' detriment.

The funny thing is I think they're getting the hint that people hate the battle damage since the upcoming Jetfire figure has little to no battle damage...

Nothing a customizer can't fix.

So true. For example, Siege Shockwave is FANTASTIC...except with regards to the add on armour and his size is small for a Leader class figure...
This can be said for the Siege line. Partsformers should be a thing of the past but now we are buying incomplete figures designed to enhance another bot while not really doing anything for the bot you bought.
Cog is neat...but also kind of a waste imo. The Target Masters are neat, but at that pricepoint very basic and again, kind of pointless (to me).
I look at the headmasters with the pretender shells (recent small over-priced ones) and think how much cooler it would have been had the shell been fully articulated like an action figure and inside is a creamy caramel centre...I mean a bot that turns into a head for other bots. Instead they are boring AF all around and too expensive for what you get. Like...they belong in a KinderEgg.
