The coupon does not apply to sale items but the system allows it. So like Yonoid said, it depends on your cashier

Technically the coupons do not apply, except for the 10% off no Restrictions, that one can be used with a sale, but as you say, some cashiers will stack them, some will not, same with some managers.

The store I was at today received another box of the Hasbro coupons (one rep was asking another what to do with it). Must've been 500 in the box. To go with several hundred already stacked on the CS desk. If Hasbro's paying them back for every coupon, not sure why they wouldn't help you get the most from their promos/coupons.
