Re: MP Cassettes QC Issues

Right, but those Fort Max issues go way beyond paint. Either way I'm keeping my fingers crossed that mine is okay.

Re: MP Cassettes QC Issues

Got an email from TFsource today saying the problem has been forwarded to the service guy. We'll see how that goes.

EDIT: Another email today saying they are sending me a replacement left arm.

Re: MP Cassettes QC Issues

Finally got my replacement left arm from TFSource today.

Here's a close up. See all that blue where it should not be? I wonder if it was a coincidence that was just the arm I got, or it's from a sketchy Rumble TFSource is scavenging from for parts replacement. Whatever, I'm just glad both arms bend the right way now.

Frenzy: "?"
Rumble: "Your problem now."

Re: MP Cassettes QC Issues

Sorry about reviving an old thread but I just picked up a sealed Hasbro MP Soundwave and have some serious issues with the birds.
Tried flipping up one of the wings on Buzzsaw's blaster and the thing broke right off. Didn't move a bit. Went on to Laserbeak and one was pretty tight and started to bend and break. It's still attached but now has a small crack in it. I've really never had an issue like this with any of my TFs. Is there someone at Hasbro I can complain to and hopefully get replacements that actually transform properly without breaking?
