according to the e-mail they do not have them yet. Says it will be in over the next few days so they are probably getting most to pay before they arrive so they can start shipping asap

You usually pay about a week before it comes in. Basically, from what I figure anyway, Mario has his shipment notice so he knows stock is on the way. Then sends customers the invoice so he can ship as soon as stuff comes in rather than having 2-3 days processing after he gets stock.
Just a guess though, don't call it fact.

Our shipment for CA-10, extra stock for CA-09 and FT-03 Quakewaves, will be in this Tuesday, bar no delays.
We are generally invoicing 5-8 days prior an item's arrival at our warehouse.
FP Crossfire Set Bruticus Add-On: still scheduled for a late March release. I guess we will invoice those towards the end of next week.
