"Ironhide here" is definitely one of the phrases in the US release. If it actually says that, then we might have got a regular release as I would expect it to otherwise say "Ironhide" only.

Canadian Ironhide says 1 thing: Ironhide! (In an oddly Peter Cullen sorta sound voice, but i'm probably just imagining).
He does retain his chest Blitz Cannon soundclip, which does infact still loop when held down.
When we have to pay more to get less, the whole Leader Class line loses a bit of its appeal, because hearing Optimus Prime say "I am Optimus Prime" is still nice once in a while.

Does the lower panel on the abdomen go back into position after deploying the chest cannon? On mine, the spring seems to have been misintalled, I kinda have to push it back manually a bit...

It is nice to hear, yes, but it's not nice to hear it 50 times when you transform him :P

I went home at lunch to get advil and checked it out, he might as well be mute, just says "ironhide". Much like Screamer just said "starscream".

Your Screamer only has one line? I don't think I've ever come across any that did that (They all had the "The Decepticons will crush the Autobots, No one can defeat Starscream, etc). Was that normal?

No; the initial ones that turned up just said "Starscream" and "Decepticons". I have one of those.
