Re: Overpriced TFs!

I'm really glad to have this website, because while they both regularly overprice stuff relative to standard american prices, usually either Zellers or Toys R Us will have a sale on TFs once a month that this site keeps me aware of.

I do not expect to see new toys until six months after the Americans are getting them, this is just part of life I am accustomed to.

Also Toronto just has a ton of comic conventions which always have a few vendors selling reasonably priced toys.

Yeah, I can honestly say that I'd have never known about the last few sales had it not been for this site in particular.

I'm 100% quilty of giving my kid a toy and leaving it at the til or on some random shelf in the store. As parent I've learned it's easier to deal with the kid screaming once and that's when you're leaving, but before then do whatever keeps them quite (with in reason though) until it's time to leave. However I never let the kid's actions (throwing a fit for example) force me into paying for something that is overpriced.

Re: Overpriced TFs!

Oh I'm not complaining, I've bought more then a few there. I'm just saying I have no right to COMPLAIN about the prices I've paid. Animated Swoop, Aninated elite B-Bee, RtS Wincharger (paint fodder). I've blown a good chunk there, and odds are I'll still blow money there considering there target market. I'm just pointing out that rage against them is useless lol

edited for spelling mistakes, the english language is not my dirty, dirty wh0re, so i respect her, some what, emotes don't count :P

Oh my...

... do you get penalized on this site for ranting about something, non-offensively, that you don't approve of?

Nope...hence why no one was penalized for a damn thing...

So try to keep on topic, regardless of my opinion of it.

well...bright side....it's not like Zellers will even be around much longer to NOT get your money.

I've noticed that certain topics seem to recycle every month or so, I guess there isn't much else to talk about.
