A few disturbing things in the Energon series...

Wing Dagger's friend, the one that got killed by Shockblast. Wing Dagger got injured in the same sequence and later got reformatted into Wing Saber.

A lot of those characters, including Wing Dagger and Padlock were just cg models of other characters parts thrown together, so an alt mode would be bizarre, but MAKING a toy possible..... if all the used character parts had toys in the same scale.

Like Padlock had parts from Signal Flare, Strongarm and so on....... Energon/Superlink did this a lot, it's kinda great if your a kitbasher looking for material.

Yeah Cybertron/Galaxy Force did the same with the "Earth Autobot Refugees" and to fill out the crowds on Speedia (Speed Planet).

watch the armada or energon series again.in one of them,during some of the giant battle scenes you'll see g1 constructicons and stunticons as "filler"bots on both sides getting killed off.they're not that noticable/recognizable as the g1 bots mostly cause of their different color schemes but it is them.i was shocked that they used those old animation designs but at the same time the tf geek in me was pleased.

I found the disturbingest was how the effects of energon change every episode. And not storily, they just had no consistency:
-It harms anyone who touches it
-It only harms Decepticons
-Humans are immune
-Humans should watch out, energon will burn!
-Energon can heal

And really, I think the most disturbing thing in Energon is Energon itself..
