Combiner Wars G2 Stunticons set Released in Canada

Big thanks to cybertron.ca members northern prime and Masta_Skidz we just learned that the G2 Stunticons set has appeared at ToysRus locations in both Barrie and London, Ontario.

Has anyone had an issue with actually buying one in store? I went to pick one up at the Appleby TRU and it came up as no sale until the 15th. I then asked if I could get a raincheque and they said they won't honor it because the sale ends the 10th. They offered to put one aside for me until the 15th but not honor the price. I said thanks but no thanks and left.

Side note:

The manager there is probably one of THE rudest people I've had to speak with in a long time. Long story, not worth getting into it.

Wow, I've NEVER had that kind of experience with a TRU employee. That's like, WalMart level silliness. Sorry to hear man.

Spotted them at Newmarket TRU yesterday when I went for the 25% off sale. There are at least 2 boxes there.

However the rest of the shelves are wiped! 3 Ironhides left otherwise..

Adore the redecos. I can see where they're not everybody's cup of tea, but I can't wait for mine to ship from TRU. Nice review though. It looks even sharper in "real life", not stock photos etc.

Wait. If you don't like the colors why did you buy it?

Just did

TRU Vaughan Mills has 2 Menasor sets on the floor at regular price. There will be 2 since the manger just sold me one. Unfortunately he didn't do the override so paid full price. If anyone wants one at full price u can buy mine as I'll be taking it back tomorrow. Just wanted to c if he would sell it

Looks like Brantford has at least 4 of the menasor set in the regular toy isle
