How did your Megatron handle the transformation during the shoot? Heard he can crumble away pretty easily. I havent touched mine in years, lol.

Thanks much appreciated. I'll quote myself the day I shot it and that'll give you an idea lol
"Sonnava…. I was all prepared to state how I was lucky that this guy had no issues with GPS and I took all the bot mode shots and as soon as I went to transform him he snapped at the waist. Damn shame too because I really like this figure. I did manage to repair him with a “silver bolt” through the waist (ha ha get it? Silverbolt. OK not funny) Anyway beyond the waist issue I think this is my favourite version of BW Megs (character, not toy). He had such an on screen presence and David Kaye really, really sold me on him. When the show first aired I hated it, thought it was an insult but I had to give it a chance since it was the first TF show after G1 that I know of. Either way I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed this version of Megatron.
Shot 2/21/2020."

Oh man, sounds like it was quite the shoot for you and ol’ Megs there! ... Thanks again for taking the time to do that and post here, even with the breakage.
And I completely agree that this version is THE David Kaye epitome of his take on Megs. ... I heard there’s a 3P Legends version that’s supposed to be pretty decent. Maybe one day I’ll look into that when the inevitable happens and mine goes to the GPS fairy, lol.
Keep up the awesome work

Thanks and will do. As for the 3P Legends one I'll be honest I have not heard many positive things about it. I haven't handled it personally but IF what I heard is true, I will be avoiding it

He's Mastermind Creations, R-28 Tyrantatron / Tyrantaronus - their take on IDW Comics Megatron. He comes with parts to make him both Decepticon leader (turned Autobot) and pre-war oppressed energon miner and gladiator. In the latter, his fusion canon is a giant drill, as pictured here. A fantastic figure.
