I used to shop with HLJ but then somebody put me onto AmiAmi and their prices are appreciably lower. Their price for MP-27 is/was 7,490 JPY.
Like HLJ they let you pay once it comes in, but instead of 3 days to provide payment they give you 10 days which is helpful for those of us living paycheque to paycheque. The only catch that I've encountered is they do not allow cancellation of preorders. So best be totally sure you want those figures before ordering with them.
My first order with them was for MP-25 and it went very smooth good rate for shipping. Of course I save a bunch on the figure itself and very please with their service overall. I have everything through to MP-30 preordered with them.
