MP-21 Released! Finally a Bumblebee worth having :)

Hello All,

Received notification from HLJ that my preorder for MP-21 had come in earlier today (or yesterday I suppose). 2 days earlier than they were expecting too. Very nice surprise

Altogether with shipping cost me $57.97 CAD. Which is 2.97 more than the the MP-12 that I picked up at TFCon earlier this year. Never thought I'd manage to snag a deal even close to as good as that ever again.

Of course I cheaped out on the shipping so I will be waiting if I'm lucky about 20 days for it to arrive (which is how long MP-20 took). Overall though couldn't be more pleased.

I order from NY and my final cost including shipping is $53.97. MP-21 will be released in Japan on Saturday so of course stores in Japan would have received their stock from Takara now.

Mine was 60,60 cad using sal registered... Which shipping option did you select?

Non Registered SAL. Tracking is nice to have but doesn't get it to me any quicker. My conversion on the 1190 JPY for the registered option versus the 780 JPY for the on registered had it costing more than a couple more bucks (try about another 7) and so I decided I didn't need a tracking number that bad.

Besides non registered got the the last two packages to me just fine.

I also got my bill from HLJ. Have yet to decide shipping method. I thought registered was faster.

The EMS option is definitely faster, but then much more expensive, and I have seen it said with appreciably larger risk of duty charges. (bleck... no thanks)

It took 20 days exactly for my MP-20 to be delivered with the SAL option. But I saw people post that they got theirs in half that time with the same shipping option, though they were all on the west coast. I shipped the Optimus Prime Pen from HLJ with SAL option shortly after and I was surprised by how much quicker it was, nearly a week faster. So my mileage and I suspect everybody elses does vary.

I ordered bee from Automaton so whenever he gets it, I'm in no rush.

I always ship my Japanese order with SAL unless it's over weight and size limit then I had no choose but use EMS. SAL works perfectly for me. Sometimes I get it within 7 business days, sometimes 2 weeks.
