Re: Post your Transformers hauls

got home yesterday to a nice surprise!!
first off i received the g1 seacons/pirhanacon re-issue set from fellow member pascal.

the other one was on the weekend,i bought the transformers wfc game for ps3.
wifey asked me why i bought it as i didn't have a ps3 yet.
after i told her that i wanted to play the game so bad and didn't want to "not" be able to find the game when i finally can justify buying a ps3,she went out and bought a ps3 to surprise me when i got home from work!!!!!

Re: Post your Transformers hauls

The other day i sorta got a wfc soundwave. My wife saw him and was basically like hes so cool must have him. So he ended up being my wife's first transformer.

Re: Post your Transformers hauls

With regard to the knock-off quality; I would briefly summarize the following points...

PROS:
Displays very well in upright position (which is the way I display all my figures to begin with);
Missile Launchers fit snugly into arms in robot mode; &
Pretty decent colour application.

CONS:
Very loose legs (which is not a problem if you join them);
Very loose left hands (they limp);
Hard to get the feet to sit flat in robot mode;
Don't bother trying to form the landing wheels on the robot's chest, way too tight;
Missile Launchers fit too tight into the jet mode wings which worries me 'cause I think the plastic is not the best quality and may eventually crack from stress; &
Silver paint can scratch off easily but can be rectified with a silver sharpie.

Otherwise a great display piece. Not great for playing or posing but considering the price and the fact that it's a KO, I don't mind. Hope that helps in your decision making!
