i dont think $25 is to much at all...
as for who to go with him...i have him partnered up with Classics Ultra Magnus...the Blue/White and Red/White looks good together. from the options you have listed i would say starscream

Classics Ultra Magnus, huh? I kind of like the Classics Prime mold...even thought about finding a Classics Nemesis Prime...but Starscream has that "history" with Skyfire.

I actually keep my energon shock"blast" with my classics team. I still think his robot mode is a pretty great homage. Too bad he only transforms into Sputnik.
