For Siege, yes. The per unit cost of Siege figures for Walmart is the same as the per unit cost on Studio Series figures.
None of us should be surprised by these prices though, boxed deluxes have been 30$ for a year and a half now.

30$ with 25% off is still a lot more than 15$ with 25% off, personally i will skip almost everything, i want the reflector but 3 deluxes at 30$ makes it quite expensive.

I'm with you on that point.

I'm in for reflector/refracktor whatever. So most likely $90+ tax so $101.66 all in to complete the trio. So you know I will be hunting hard for a set on sale, but knowing Hasbro he will be, at best, 2 per case and we will all be like vultures swooping in to get them.

Also of course the scalpers will be all over them like white on rice as well.

Here's hoping I'm wrong and Hasbro decides to release him 3 to a case.

People pay $30 a pop for Marvel Legends or Star Wars Black series figures. Transformers should really be no different. To those who say that they are going to pass on them because of the prices, you're going to find them cheaper and you're going to buy them. I call your bluff. No Transformers fan that likes a toy is going to let $10 get in the way of owning it. Who are you trying to kid? Shit goes up in price, that's how the world works. People argue when stuff costs more, and then whine when there's no changing in salaries or manufacturing jobs go away overseas. Everyone wants everything for nothing, that's not how it works. When I was collecting Beast Wars, they were $9.99 for a Deluxe. If the price is too high for you, wait for a sale. Check amazon everyday for price drops. Make a trade with someone for stuff that you don't need/want anymore. Sorry for the rant
