Packaging is beyond stellar. He retrofits each item with bubble wrap and styrofoam. Very well done IMO.
On your recommendation I decided to give Chimungmung a chance and ordered a set of the new WST Black-Out Dinorobots from Tony. The communication was excellent, the toy packaging was bubble wrapped and there were no customs fees, etc. Thanks for the tip. On a side note, the black dinobots look awesome. Better than the Black Retribution set in my opinion.

BTW - I placed me order on late Tuesday night (last week) and it arrived today so the shipping was reasonably fast too. I would order from them again.

Well...I should point out that I don't actually own the Dark Retribution set. I just couldn't justify the aftermarket prices. Having said that, I've seen numerous pictures of it over the years. I really like the red colour accents from the Black-Out set over the blue ones from the Dark Retribution set. I doesn't mean that I won't still pick up the DR set for the right price. Nice work picking up the WST anime Astrotrain. I was going to buy one as well but Tony was sold out by the time I placed my order last week. Hmmmm...I wonder if you beat me to the punch on the last one in stock. Oh well...what a great addition to your collection. Cheers.

Re: Others Experience with International Sellers and Customs Charges

I've been enjoying ordering from Tony (chimungmung); I had placed a huge order for 2 combiners and a bunch of other items the total was around $1200 and everything came very well packaged; no issues or concerns at all.

That's quite a haul. Do you mind if I ask what you were charged for shipping for a large order like that?

Re: Others Experience with International Sellers and Customs Charges

I exclusively buy from Asian sellers on eBay and robot kingdom because their prices are on average 20 percent less and they are happy to label it in a generic box as a gift of low value. I've ordered over 20 times. Never been hit once. And if you are it's the sales tax in your province plus a handling fee. So I think it's worth the risk even if I do get hit. Toys are category 5 so when declares you only pay the sales tax of the province they enter. eBay from US is dead now. They shot themselves in the foot by using brokers. I'll never order from the US.
