3.75" captain phasma 5point articulation- saw these at dollarama
3.75" rey's speeder toy, 5p articulation - clearance junk
6" riot control assault walker, 5p articulation for little kids. - clearance junk.
6" star wars black flametrooper - old junk, $17 on amazon.ca. at least it has more than 5p articulation.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhh!

Selling this junk would probably fetch about $25.

The Walmarts in my area no longer allow exchanges for credit without some kind of proof of purchase, I dont know if thats the same for others.

A question for the OP, what was it that you sent them again?

My suggestion is to always try to do it through the store you bought it from. Hasbro customer service should only be used as a last resort when you either got the faulty item for on a good sale or there is no hope of seeing it at retail again.

I wasn't expecting the same product back, but at least an equivalent product of the same line or at worst a transformers leader class figure of a different line.

Who would have though they would not have any leader class figures at all for the next 4 months, while stores still had sixshots, skyshadows and overlords restocked through those same months. Not only did they not have Titans Returns product lines, they had non of of the Transformers product line at all during this period (no movie figures, no masterpiece figures, etc).

Well that is the title of this thread. Hasbro Customer Care Gamble, and I lost. :/

For hasbro the origin scorce to do this is the sad part ...if some one had to drive out to retail and pick up a replacement or even another transformer...to replace with .. send new product ie any poth pieces would have showen genuine customer care...it shows
