Re: BC Community Thread For Non-Sightings Chat

I guess the A3U store will receive a few more visits with the start of the postal lockout

I am a little worry now, I have my UW Bruticus shipped from AE... and now they are on strike... I wonder how long the strike will last...

I just ordered some TR figures from TRU.ca though, and they probably won't get affected because they don't use canada post. I don't think it will affect my online purchases.

Re: BC Community Thread For Non-Sightings Chat

My UW Bruticus shipped from AE as well. Then I got a shipping notice on Monday from Amiami and NY too, and decided to ship my HLJ stuff.

I got the pick up notice in the mail Thursday so at least one thing got through before the lockout, though it says I got dinged $37.50. I'm guessing it's the HLJ package. Should of left out the Hyper Surge Optimus out.

Oh well.

Anyways, I'm definitely slowing down on purchases becuz of shipping concerns and shit is expensive.

Re: BC Community Thread For Non-Sightings Chat

Nah I probably have at least 10 items in transit from ebay. I figure I'll just get a crapload of boxes all at once when they're back to work. I'll just buy as usual.

Actually this will let me catch up and open a few boxes stuck in my queue

I usually just ship to my US mailbox so I don't think this will change much for me.

Same here.

My only problem is I just sold a figure and will have to bring it across the border to ship from the US.

Apparently if it's under $200 and you walk across, it doesn't cost you anything to import it into the US, so that's good. If you drive across, they charge a $13 fee though.
