IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! Updated store policies, focus on Preorders/Orders: Due to a rocketing increase in preorders/orders cancellations, especially in the last quarter, we are now in the obligation to establish new store policies. We are a very small (and relatively new) business: if we want to stay in business and still offering competitive prices, we had to react.

Therefore, our actual ''feel free to cancel at anytime without any penalty'' preorder/order policy will no longer be.

Effective now, preorders/orders could be canceled, but we will charge a 15% restocking fee (applied on item(s) canceled, before taxes) if cancellation occurs at the moment you receive an invoice. The restocking fee of 15% will also apply for all official orders placed on our website or via email.

About preorders: a preorder is a commitment to purchase an item, an official contract between the customer and our store. As many of you may know, we have to order and pay our merchandise to our suppliers well in advance of the release: we use the amount of preorders registered our website as an indicator to determine those quantities.

It greatly impacts our business when customers cancel preorders as well as regular orders.

Furthermore, if a customer cancels one or multiple preorders/orders, and refuses to comply to our cancelation policy by not paying the 15% fee (or by simply ignoring it), we reserve the right to refuse future purchases with this customer.

We strongly recommend to all our customers to read our new store policies: many adjustments and clarifications have been brought to some services like the OOH and such.
