Generations Wheeljack!

See where the modern era of this character started in a world with Combiner Wars this and Unite Warriors that. Does Generaions Wheeljack still rule? I think so, but see for yourself!

Re: Generations Wheeljack!

Between Generations and CW, yeah I still think Generations version does a better job, even after polishing the CW version with Reprolabels. One good contender is the TF Prime version of Wheeljack. He doesn't have the same personality in that series of course, but that mould is excellent despite not having a more CHUG-like aesthetic.

The Unite Warriors version does a better job than CW too. Still, come on, those Generations elbows are a win by themselves, lol. I totally agree about the Prime version. That transformation is a bit tricky with those shoulder pieces and he lacks bicep swivel but I completely agree with you.

The Generations one is great. Truth is, I haven't replaced a single non-combiner G1 figure on my shelf with a CW one.

Love chug wheeljack. The prime version is nice lack of bicep or wrist swivels hurts it badly imo, especially after they gave him swords.

Need those reprolabels for cw.

I almost tried to replace classics Prowl with CW Prowl, but it wasn't quite the right fit without the iconic shoulder missiles and door wings. I was initially pretty excited just for the sake of "Yay! New Prowl that's actually WHITE and not that tar-stained off-white that classics Prowl still has"....but yeah, between the missing visual characters and shorter stature compared to the rest of the CHUG collection, I had to put CW Prowl aside.

Re: Generations Wheeljack!

I totally agree on both counts for Wheeljack and Prowl. I mean, the Prown head sculpt was awesome but I missed the wing doors. Mind you, the CW Prowl is sure an easier transformation for, say, kidddios.
