Any one have any issues with Anime Export?

Ordered a Masterpiece MP-18 Streak from Anime Export a while back and finally receive a package from them today. To my disappointment as I was expecting Bluestreak to find a MP-12G instead.

It took a while to finally receive the package and I hope they don't make me pay to ship the incorrect item back to them. I filled in their "contact us" area, I hope they can help me out.

Anyone had any issues with Anime Export? Are they quick to fix the problem? Just looking for some experiences from others.

They suck. I tried cancelling a preorder with them for like 6 weeks, and they just ignored all my messages, whether through their website or by email.

So I'm guessing you received the pre-ordered item that you tried to cancel? I hope it goes well, I really didn't want to add MP-12G to my collection.

If all doesn't go well, I'm sure you'll have no problem unloading the unwanted merchandise on here

That is true. The funny thing is that I didn't even see it on sale on their website! Oh well, I'll just have to wait and see what they can do if they respond. Was just getting an idea what I'm getting myself into..

At a huge loss, yes. It was for the Takara version of AEO Optimus.

buahaha "They suck" too funny Pascal.

I don't believe they suck at all. I've had a couple communications with them, they had been prompt in responding to my inquiries. I've had to cancel an order in the past, they complied.

All 4 of my Masterpiece Lambo's are from them. My 3 Datsons, Metal Gear Revengeance, Iron man figs... the list goes ON...

There are other sites as well from Japan.
If you don't to go this route you do have great dealers to purchase these items from here in Toronto as well.

As Pascal does not share the same sentiments I have, there are MANY options to use... As for me I will continue to purchase through them and Locals like Slayback and Nullray.

Oh, like most dealers, when it's time to collect your money and ship the goods, they're good, even at communicating. Heck, why would they ignore emails when it means making more sales? But when it's time to give you back your money, forget it.

It's been a few days and I still haven't got any response yet.

@bonkers - How long did you have to wait between inquiries and responses from Anime Export?
