You know. Instead of suing ASUS, It's may actually be more beneficial for Hasbro to work out a cross promo deal with ASUS.

Good idea with only good intentions in mind, but in business you don't do that. If you just cut a deal with someone AFTER they use your product you invite everyone else out there to do the same hoping to strike a deal with no consequences.

This has been known for awhile, why the heck is Hasbro suing now. Everyone just wants more money yeesh.
I brought two ASUS + Transformer for my parents for christmas lol

Calling there first tablet the "transformer' was pushing it. Calling the second tablet the 'transformer prime' asus should have figured they were going to cause issues.

Lawsuits take quite some time to file. It would be interesting to find out if Hasbro issued them a cease and desist first.
It's still an awesome tablet and I hope they can come to some sort of reasonable resolution.
