ROTF -What the heck is N.E.S.T. ?

Pics of the upcoming ROTF 2010 toys have a crest marked N.E.S.T. on the package design.

So What the heck is N.E.S.T. ?

Any idea?
Every idea?
Was this something from the movie that was so bad I'm trying to mentally hide it from my reality?

Prime mentions it at the start, it's suppose to be the Autobot/US Military co-op group tracking down the remaining Decepticons on Earth and eliminating them.

Like most things brought up in the movie though it's essentially throw away and does not mean much of anything or is of no importance to anything going on.

So I guess the Decepticon NESTers are the 1's being hunted down?

I find it quite a devalued step down for an Autobot to be part of such a group. G1's EDC was different, Humans getting Autobot support help, but NEST is an insult for a Transformer to become a human lackey.

But I guess Bay 7 Spielberg think that's what Transformers are.

That is a really lame acronym.

Acronyms are supposed to sound cool like, F.B.I., B.A.S.E. Jumpers, or even B.L.T. But NEST sounds like it would not strike fear into anyone...except maybe worms.

It would've been nice if they'd expanded on N.E.S.T in the movie a bit more, maybe in the threequel.
