Both are brand new, just Amazon being weird.
Although, there is a difference. One can be shipped to a pickup location and the other is not possible.
Same when I checked the Lego Nintendo set, Amazon had 2 listings, both sold by Amazon. One is more expensive (can be pickup), the other cheaper, but can only be sent to your home.

Another update. The Jurassic Park set is available at 147.10. Previous preorders was 154.99. With amazon prime, expected between December 7th-13th. (Original preorder was December 3rd)
