Animated Toys Size Scale

I was staring at my Transformers Animated figures the other night (I think my girlfriend was watching Grey's Anatomy or something, either way I wasn't really paying attention) and I noticed that the scale of these figures is actually pretty good. There's only really a few offenders that throw the scale issue off

-Sentinel Prime (He should be at least Prime's size or larger, should have been a Voyager)
-Soundwave (Again, too small should have been a Voyager)
-Lugnut (Should have been a leader)
-Bumblebee (Not bad, just a tad bit too big. I hear they're working on a smaller version of him)

Other than those guys, the scale is pretty damn good. They look really good sitting on a shelf together.

Cheers!
-Ian

Soundwave's in scale with Voyager Bulkhead though.

And for that matter, Prowl and Oilslick are really big for motorcycles.

Don't get me started on how Starscream and Blitzwing are also out of scale - I'm just saying that there's more incongruity than you'd think.

Re: Animated Toys Size Scale

The way they carried SS off in the one show would require him to be like Supreme or bigger...

Re: Animated Toys Size Scale

Ah the scale debate........... for me, Beast Wars was at a time, the best in terms of scale within the toys......

*goes back to posing Blaster next to Metroplex.
