Has anyone out there removed the runaway stickers off TR Broadside and is there any details under them. I would like to know if there are any before I rip them off. please let me know? Thank you in advance

Check out that post on TFW for some pics another member posted of stickerless Broadside.

Re: A simple sticker question

So far I'm not too happy about the stickers in TR, or the general quality. I've had more molding errors (hell, one side of Fortress Maximus' knee gun is missing almost a full inch of plastic on the bottom) and part breaks in TR than in the rest of my collection put together (not counting GPS). I mean, I've had toddlers and pre-schoolers play rough with Gen Metroplex, and he's just got some sticker wear. I carefully handle Fortress Maximus and I've got plastic bits cracking or breaking off or stressing. Wolfwire's missing some plastic around his shoulder missiles, pegs on some figures are too large for their holes, others too small, one of Rumble's elbows had the pin slightly off-center and snapped a piece in package, and most of the pre-applied stickers look like they were stuck on last minute while being loaded onto the truck.

I mean, if the stickers aren't bad, then the placement is bad. Or they won't stick. Or they creased in a bad way. Or they cover really nice detail. Or they cover uneven surfaces. Or they get in the way of some parts moving.

I'm like REALLY close to just ripping them off of Voyager Optimus Prime.

I moved the control tower "36" to the other side where there's a flat surface. Other than that, the stickers are staying as long as I can stand them.

Wow, I am sorry to read this and the luck you have had. All of mine have been impeccable. Sounds like you have suffered the dude of every figure yet. I would love to see pictures of these issues. What a shame any fan ever has to experience a QC issue. Another reason I have issue with the TLK price hike.
