On this build, I only used Krylon fusion primer from a rattle can. Normally I use a full two part urethane primer but I was worried about ruining some of the details.
I've got tutorials over at TFW with how to fill seams and whatnot. It's mostly done with a putty and double priming the job. Lots of tedious work but pays off in the end.
I don't paint my own work for a couple reasons. After customizing on these boards since 04, I found the only thing I enjoy doing is building these projects. Never really enjoyed the painting end of things. Secondly, I'm a fan of other customizers who I've seen develop over the years. It's always an honor to get to collaborate with those individuals.
