i 'm not liking the yellow eyes on this one i got the takara one and it has a nice shiny red eyes,,,,looks a lot better

Packaging looks odd...The Chinese Kanji makes it looks like KO.

Glad I splurged and got the red-eyed Takara version. Including all 5 tapes is kinda like Hasblow giving a middle finger us completists who went the import route. And doth mine eyes detect a lighter shade of blue?

Oh well...I'll probably pick this guy if I spot him on the shelf, but I forsee some TRU MP OP-esque scarcity.

Actually I think charging so much cash for those 2 packs of cassettes was Takara giving you the finger. This is just Hasbro saying " buy ours instead". Which is what I am going to do. I'll paint over the eyes since I don't like that yellow either. I am all over this set. Thank you Hasbro for another awesome masterpiece.

I still like my Takara version, I agree that this will be a must buy IF I see it on shelves.

Basically this. The only reason I bought some of the Takara cassettes was because Rumble and Frenzy are missing their guns in the Hasbro release. I'm still looking to sell my MP Condor, and I bought Ravage off eBay without the red dude.

Yeah, kind of wished Takara gave us all the Tapes, selling both sets seperately was a real kick in the scraplets, still haven't pulled the trigger on the extra cassettes as much as I want them, $ 150.00 for cassettes ???? must be a bit of hasbro Platnium issue rubbing off.

Hasbro's Rumble and Frenzy don't have backpack guns? Aren't they stored in the pile driver in that stock photo?

I am actually surprised Takara is reissuing MP-13 and not a MP-13B Soundblaster.
