They keep trying to hit the same notes that Beast Wars did but with less than 1/10 of the build-up and gravitas. I was
mildly insulted every time they reused a Beast Wars line because it's delivered both more schlockily and without any of the
oomph from the first go around.
Actually
doing something with Nemesis Prime was kinda interesting, but Jake Foushee grumbling just ruins any menace the character could've had. I was wondering why
Freddery McMahon put out that re-voice clip for BW Megs on Twitter before I actually
heard him...
good grief.
