what bothers me is i received a fall promotional email. You?re not working but you want me to order something that won?t be shipped anytime soon? Also you?re taking orders even though you?re backlogged on packages being sent out. I can empathize with health problems but don?t dig a deeper hole

Nothing, and I am quite frustrated now. Ordered the latest wave of SS from them on August 21st. Nothing. Emailed them 2 weeks ago about cancelling the order and refunding it. No response. Very frustrating.

I'd try e-mailing them again, they've generally been pretty quick to respond anytime I contact them to cancel or change an order.

Yeah it's a little un-nerving that you can't even access your account anymore to see what's outstanding. Hopefully we'll have answers by the end of the week.

Opening retail in any environment is challenging.
Opening toy retail is pure heroism.
My family has been in retail for decades, it definitely helps built character working in that space, but it can get really tough.
I've bought with another board member from Outrun before. I hope he can fulfill everybody's orders and refunds.
Chris, we want you to get healthy and I feel everyone here wants you to succeed. The community would rather give small retailers like you the business instead of the Walmarts, Amazons and Toys R Us. They just need communication.

We should get an update soon. Website says hopefully by end of next week and that was posted late last week.
