What we really is to get the guy who feeds Peaugh with prerelease toys to open a chain of stores in Canada so we get ALL the new toys 6 months before the rest of the world.

Re: Target coming To Canada - A blessing to TF collectors?
This is actually a BAD thing. For one reason.
Target will show up only in a few cities at first for the first few years. Imagine how hard it'll be to get Target Exclusives then.
I mean, Zellers is prolific enough to be straightforward - imagine if Targets are not only not commonplace, but decide to NOT bring up exclusives.

What if Zellers just becomes Target?

Yeah, I don't know if they're going to convert Zellers to Targets or just build new Target stores.
But I think even some Zellers are too small to be Targets.

I agree....especially since Target is an American retailer while Zellers is a "Canadian" one. This means Target has to kneel to the Language Laws in Quebec (i.e. must sell toys that are COMPLETELY bilingual/trilingual), unlike Zellers who have more leeway

Zellers in not Canadian anymore. Zellers is owned by the Bay, The Bay was sold to an American Company a long time ago. I also think that when Target comes over Zellers will turn into target.
