Takara megatron......should i ask for a refund?

well i bought this megatron....and well he is rather broken from my understanding he was mib, but he has been opened and the stickers where put on Plus he cant transform to robot mode with out breaking the Connection to the gun modes trigger\Barrel which fires small pellets. Sooo i got an even better surprise when i went to pull his body up the whole thing came off and i found the problem......anyone know if i should ask for i a refund or is this a common problem? (The Piece of plastic for the connection seems to be bent badly or chewed on......as the pictures show)

One of the feet is really lose to...to the point he almost cant stand T_T

That doesn't sound like a MIB to me. Go for a refund if possible!

One of this forums members,but it turns out the chest problem is normal, how ever the being opened and the lose foot are not. So i would be happy for a Partial Refund.

MIB doesn't mean the box is sealed, it means that it is complete with the box, therefore you have recieved what you paid for except the broken? chest, unless it just slides off and back on

The chest is not spose to come on\off and the foot is not made to be this lose.....plus the stickers and so on are all applied...

I always took MIB to be MINT IN BOX. The toy is as good as new, but may have stickers applied, etc. If the toy was in rough shape and said to be mint, you might have a reason to talk to the seller.

Maybe MISB is what you thought you were getting?

The box had been resealed so i dunno.
