One of those crappy TFCC days

Finally, after weeks of waiting my TF Club figures show up...only to find out that they didn't pack in the SG Drift figure!!! Argh!!!!

And to add insult to injury, I've paid duty (or I guess just taxes--still a heap of money) on the full amount of the shipment instead of simply what's been included.

This combined with their system 'accidentally' charging me for 3x memberships plus the whole credit card debacle has me just fuming...I don't like to be negative but I've just about had it with the poor quality of TF Club's services.

I think this is how it's going to shake down:

-I've sent them an e-mail with the details of the missing item
-wait for a reply
-fill out a ridiculous forum with revenue Canada to try and get my couple of dollars back of extra duty tax...wait for ever to get that money back, time and hassle and stamp costs
-if when TFC finally replies, wait for an SG Drift to get shipped (if by some chance they have any left)
-hope to gawd they don't screw that up
-oh and did I mention watch my just-new credit card like a hawk because I just had to replace my last one because of fraud from another shall-not-be-named TF Retailer!!!

Some days this hobby is a real pain in the a$$$

Yeah, this was my first time joining the club, and more than likely my last.

Best of luck with the refund etc. Hopefully funpub won't have to be involved with that issue (I mean, they did declare the value for duty, so not sure if you need something from them).

Sorry to hear about what happened to you. I also received my figures in the mail today but both of them came out great. There is one person I usually email in the TFCC called Angie, she is pretty good with replying fast and I found her to be helpful in some of my TFCC issues earlier this year.

Yup, got my figures. Payed duty also. It's a new thing they are doing, giving the post office FULL DETAILS AND VALUES, to cover their own ass and cost us another 15-20 bucks. (all the past times, they didn't)

Sorry to hear about your troubles hope it works out, I go the e-bay or third part seller rout its usally more cash but I don't have to go through this kinda mess and from what I have heard your not the only one.

Echo, my friend,
you should REALLY REALLY inform a hasbro representative from head office in the United States.

Look them up on google, call them.
They seem to be quite upset that a licensee has fu&#ed up so badly with the credit card issue and alienated so many of their customers.

They take poor service quite seriously as well.
I talked to them about bullshit with OTFCC and they were prompt in responding.
