Re: movie question.
It said Hasbro at the very beginning I believe. I'd have to check the DVD again, but I seem to recall people cheering when it came up. First time I've seen cheering for a corporation in a movie.

Re: movie question.
I could be wrong but I remember reading that Ford had no involvement with the movie. You never see a Ford or Mustang logo anywhere on Barricade. You see Saleen but that's a different company.

True but you didn't originally ask who sponsored the film, you asked who advertised in it and just like G1 for the kiddies this movie was like a giant toy commercial. If puting HASBRO in big bold letters in the opening right before we hear Optimus isn't advertising I don't what is.

USAF you mean. Captain Lennox and his boys are from the USAF ground forces. Either the USAF security forces or Pheonix Raven. But considering how the movie refered to them as special operations, probably Pheonix Raven.

there was no direct ford involvement, but when I listed other car companies besides GM it is because I was able to see their emblem on a car in the film. Not a main car, but a background car. The Police car that picks up Sam from the junk yard is a Ford, and you see the logo on the front. When Sam and Makaila (spelled wrong?) are going through the streets before the Barricade scene, every Taxi you see is a Ford and has the logo on the back of it. If Ford did not support that, then It would have been totally removed.
