My fave is still Sugar Sammy. He's finally touring Quebec. He wasn't kidding when he mentioned wanting to tour. Cowansville, Matane, La Tuque.

I'll admit I've never heard of Sugar Sammy until the recent ads in the metro with his show "En français SVP", but after watching that clip, he's pretty funny.
Russell Peters on the other hand, well, he kicks ass on so many levels. I went to one of his shows here in the Bell Center a few years ago, and was on the floor laughing the whole time.
If there's anyone to truly deserve the brown man discount, it'd be him.

I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to Canadian comics. I should check them out more.
I'll probably sound like something of a stereotype, but for me, It's Jerry Seinfeld all the way. Though I'll admit, it'd be a lot better if he actually did something these days
