Megatron for $20 is definitely worth it, great toy. I didn't regret buying mine at all for that price.

He was between 25 & 30 at Winners, which was a good deal, so $20 is a bargain. And very rare for TRU!!
I night consider getting him...

Considering I bought all 3 of my leaders at 49.99 and 39.99 Seeing it at 19.99 makes me sad. But I don't regret buying all 3 of them at all they're so sick!

I think I may get Megs, but I'm gonna waffle abit more first, and it sees to be at more than one Toys R Us here, so I'm not sure if it is line wide or not.
But those of you on the fence, get Bulkhead. His ONLY downside is that he's short compared to the other leaders.

I paid $50 each for 5 of them and never regretted it (2x Magnus, 2x Megs, 1x Bulkhead).

Bought my Animated Megs for the 19.99 and never regretted it once. I had planned to only buy the voyager one because I could get it for way cheaper, $15. I almost skipped the Leader Megs but $19.99 for a leader is too good to pass up.
As for bulkhead, he seems to be better scaled for the deluxes and voyagers. They say the voyager bulkhead is in better scale with acitvators.

I'm gonna be cool and say the opposite....
Save your money, do not get this figure, you will only regret it later. It is the worst Megatron ever and reminds me why I hate Transformers Animated and Transformers in general and hate anything that transforms as well.
